You throw out a smelly red herring, Kathy, to throw off the bloodhounds serving justice. A classic comparison of apples and oranges, and smoke and mirrors to confuse the issue. Your demand for justice is completely satisfied in the turning over of ALL PALESTINIAN PRISONERS to Palestinian jusrisdiction at the conclusion of hostilities. Palestinians themselves will apply their criminal standards to all who are released. These are the same standards by which Israel judges its IDF continually, exonerating commanders who used cluster bombs in Lebanon, for example. And Ariel Sharon from his terrorism and atrocities. There is guilt enough on both sides, if you want to dig up the hatchets. Better to bury the hachets, and refer all of these cases to International Law, where they belong, and not as sparks to keep the fires of vendetta burning forever, as you are doing. The proper judicial venue for these cases is in International Law, and NOT the Israeli court and legal system.
