Barak went to Camp David in 2000 to cut a deal on peace and would have gone for something like the Geneva accords. Arafat went to Camp David determined to find a way not to make peace and did so with the right of return. So who are Palastinains trying to indict? Who is the British Labour Party trying to pillary? Why Barak, of course. This is not in any way surprising since Palastinains and a strong elemint of the British Labour Party appear to disagree with Israel's existence, but it does bring up the very real question of whether a two state solution is ever really possible if Palastinian beligerance is a given for the indefinite future regardless of any proposed political settlement, regardless of withdrawal of any or all settlements, regardless of what becomes of Palastinain refugees in Labanon.
