The Hamas and the Islamic Jihad have to eat too. They also need water to drink. Any emergency food they have stored up will eventually be gone, and I'm sure that a hungry and thirsty Palestinian populace will not be willing to share their food with those that have gotten them into this mess. So perhaps food and water supplies should be cut off before, or together with, cutoff of electricity and fuel. "Darkness is dandy but hunger is quicker."
