Unfortunately, Natalie, given the cowardly actions of the congressional democrats, I don't anticipate really major changes in US foreign policy after Bush. Whoever is elected, most likely a democrat, will continue the policy of propping up the "friendly" dictatorships of Egypt, Jordan, the Gulf States, etc. The US policy will continue to suppress democracy, and support Israeli aggression in the occupied territories. Iraq? Who knows, but whoever is elected will leave a substantial military force there, albeit perhaps in a less aggressive format. Itan? All the democratic candidates have signed on for the "all options on the table" rhetoric.
