    1. AKP does support Arab terrorist. Mr. Meshal was invited to Ankara and Gul visited him from back door while Erdogan who was on his way to visit him aborted his trip to a carpet factory. However Israel did not cut its relations with Turkey because of that. 2. The economic achievements of the AKP were planned by Kemal Dervis from the prior administration. They paid the price of the hard measures that made Turkish economy fly and AKP raked their harvest. 3. More universities with no budget is nothing but a vote catching ploy. Erdogan makes grand openings for the same facilities several times. People who support his ultra islamist agenda get all the government bids and high positions. This is why as Bekir Coskun wrote the man who scratches his belly voted for AKP. You seem to be one of those. 4. Christian democrats are open to religious reforms and modernization. AKP officials on every level often declare that the religion of Allah cannot be reformed. You either believe it as is or you are an infidel. 5. Yes Turkey accepted the Spanish Jews 500 years ago but not as a helpful gesture. It was to establish a loyal minority in the predominantly Greek cities like Izmir to balance the Greek population. Ataturk invited Jewish scholars so that they could establish Turkish universities which they did.
