    I agree with the article that it is clear that military solution alone is not sufficient to guarantee any long term peace. On the other hand we also saw many times that using conventional diplomacy is not suitable either. We can try again and again but with the present approach, method, tools there is simply no solution for the Israel-Palestinian issue that could satisfy both sides. In the global, interconnected world there cannot be local, isolated solutions, they will never work. We have to get used to seeing the total, global picture the interconnected matrix, where every change affects the whole system. There is only solution for Israel in the context of the global system, where it does not stick out as a sore thumb but actually shines as a beam of Light for the rest of the world. And it can only happen with a true national unity, a truly working mutual national guarantee, not one that is the result of external threat, but a real independent one. Together with a supportive, united Diaspora Jewry, such a united network could actually change the whole world igniting the formation of a positively connected, and harmoniously cooperating global, human network. In such a setting the external threat, provocation would simply vanish and both the nation of Israel and the Palestinians would find their place in peace. Diplomacy of words, agreements, contracts will never work. The positive example of national unity above inherent differences, hateful fractions would work without words or appeals to the UN...
