This is a different type of warfare that needs new tactics. The Hizbollah has, according to postings I have read, blackmailed Lebanese small businessmen for "protection" and is doing the same to the government of Lebanon which has now identified itself with the terrorists but insists that it is not part of the aggressor when it suits it. Our allies should have been the Lebanese public but they are not man enough to stand their ground and resist. We need to recognise and use the right tactics to overcome this enemy who won't wear uniforms, hides among civilians and disregards the conventional morals. .
