    Even with an agreement to lay down arms, Meshal will always have blood on his hands and for this reason he cannot visit...ever. He should be tried for crimes against humanity for both killing Israeli civilians, and for sending retarded Palestinian kids to do his dirty work. He is beyond redemption.
