If Israel indeed has the bomb (or a couple of hundreds), how will its nuclear deterrence have been neutralised? Israel would never use nukes anyway, unless faced with the danger of imminenet total destruction, be it by either conventional or nuclear means. Nothing is changed. It will still use them as a last resort in such a situation, and any enemy set out to destroy Israel will have to take this into account.
