Hundreds of Haaretz editorials/columns over the last five years have pointed accusing fingers at Israeli Prime Ministers for not bringing Shalit home. The most fervent of these attacks have been against Bibi Netenyahu. Now that he has done it, he is damned for taking action, as an initiative to stall the peace talks. Well there is a lot of (for want of a better work) "bull dung" out there produced by the media. It is dressed up ever so nicely as a "respectable NY times" article, or the quoting of this article by Haaretz. Bull dung is bull dung, and the same predictable media sources damn Netenyahu for his recent actions, and had he not, would have continued to damn him for is failure to act.
