Netanyahu should make a public apology and restore relations with Turkey the way they were before the flotilla disaster. Avigdor Leiberman will be upset but maintaining good relations between Israel and Turkey is much more important to the future of the region and a potential peace between Israel and the Palestinians than appeasing a far right wing cabinet member is. It sometimes take a bigger man to say "I'm sorry" but a true leader who has vision and looks to the future will apologize, and Israel will reap the benefits from an apology in Turkey and around the world. Foolish pride should not get in the way of restoring faith and trust between the governments and people of Israel and Turkey.
