Netanyahu is all talk, smoke and mirrors. If Netanyahu was truly serious about peace he would comply with International law, binding UNSC resolutions and ICJ rulings at the Hague. He would announce unequivocally that the borders of a Palestinian state will be based on the 1967 borders with only very minor modifications. Security concerns can absolutely be worked out but the bottom line is this right wing government is far more interested in the colonization of the West Bank more than a true peace with the Palestinians. And Ted, New Zealand is a very beautiful country having been there for a visit last year.
