    "No one has the power to stop the decision to recognize a Palestinian state in the UN General Assembly in September," - Netanyahu // Is that so? Abbas is actually begging Netanyahu to start peace talks, and is saying:'If no peace talks start by September we will go to the UN'. Abbas WANTS talks and not unilateral actions! The one who prevents talks is Netanyahu, because he refuses to freeze construction in the Occupied Territories while the talks last. Mind you, the freeze is actually OUTSIDE the area of existing settlements and does not include Jerusalem (as was the freeze during the month one the talks were conducted. (This was the silent agreement, provided no big projects were approved.) Building while talks go on is equivalent to one side keeps eating the pizza while the two sides are discussing how to divide it! Nobody even asks Abbas to give up on this demand, because it is so obviously correct. Netanyahu can stop the UN action, but he is too fearful of his right-wingers to do so. I wonder if the new national security advisor retired General Amidror, hero of the settlers, will have the brains to come up with this simple, pro-active plan to stop the UN action from taking place: Start talking, idiots.
