The main argument against Netanyahu is that while he claims he wants peace, he does everything to oppose peace--like by building in disputed parts of Jerusalem. Netanyahu, as do most of Israelis, believe that all parts of Jerusalem are Israeli. He has made his view very clear that Israel has a right to build in Jerusalem (and other consensus post-67 towns). How is he a liar? When Netanyahu spoke at the UN--likewise, he expressed the key tenets of ideological worldview: A united Jerusalem. A democratic and Jewish state. Peace with the Palestinians and Arab neighbors. You can disagree with his strategy or ideology, but you can't call him a liar.
