He will manage the situation, he will contain the upheavals, he will give us and the world some sweet and intoxicating soundbites - that´s it. Oh, and he will of course go forward with the goodwillgestures that the government already has approved. In other words - he will be passive. He believes Israel will benefit from a little bit of unrest in the arab world, since that shows the leaders in Europe that peace between the israelis and the palestinians will not solve everything in the Middle East. But too much mess in Egypt is bad for Israel.
