I don't personally believe that Israel is interested in good neighbourly relations unless it suits the narrow interests of your zionist lobby. If it was interested then it would refrain from stealing its neighbour's land and ring-fencing them away from the world with illegal and counter-productive sanctions. If that's my view as a non-arab Londoner, what do you think are the views of those on the streets of Cairo...? This "speech" would rightly be viewed as risable in the extreme.
