You are correct. Talk was cheap, but Nasser was unprepared to attack Israel, let alone "annihalate millions of Jews" as this Rabbi facetiously states. The existence of Israel was never threatened, as the memoirs of Rabin and Begin make clear. Further, to state that if Israel changes its settlement "policy" (which is illegal by any standards), then the Palestinians must give up their Right of Return (which is their right), is mind-boggling. "If you want me to stop stealing your cars, you have to reciprocate by giving up your right to drive." In whose bizarre universe is that equivalent? And by the way, the Two-State Solution is dead. We killed it by stealing the part intended for the second state. So, where does that leave us?
