The post-ww2 world is supposed to work by rules: you only fight when you are attacked. Allowances are made for "pre-emption" i.e. if that attack is coming then you can throw the first punch. But Israel goes further: simply buying some boxing gloves is enough for Israel to king-hit you. Now Barak wants to go one-further: simply investing in a leather-goods factory is enough to "justify" an Israeli king-hit because - of course! - the only reason for buying a leather-goods shop is to make boxing gloves, and the only reason to make boxing gloves is to throw a punch at Israel....
