Nonsense, Naomi. Almost all Israeli Arabs speak Hebrew. Hardly any Israeli Jews speak Arabic. There is certainly discrimination in the allocation of funds. And educating non religious Jewish and Arab children would be a huge step forward. But to achieve that is not as simple as the article suggests, and the fear and hostility governing Jewish-Arab relations in Israel is so overwhelming that such a step is unlikely to be taken until after Israel withdraws from the occupied territories and a permanent solution to the Arab refugee problem is found.
