I am a longtime member of the Natanya Reform congregation and participate actively. For my sins I was born in the US and have been in Israel for only 64 years, including several years of military service. My fellow congregants come from many countries and we all speak Hebrew to one another. I assume" Israeli" is just Hebrew with the local accent and bad grammar. Rabbi Kariv, am I still welcome in the movement or am I putting people off? I found some of the comments above most tasteless and offensive.
