Since there is no agreement, this is just talk - it means nothing. The basic idea is that "nothing is agreed upon, until everything is agreed upon". This is the guiding principle, which allows the negotiators to talk about different ideas and suggestions. The "Palestine Papers" is just a media-fest, fueled by hysterical propagandists. But there are no sensational revelations here. Everything has been known for years. So please - get a grip of yourself. Why are some people always looking for "evidence" that "the other" is "a bad guy who doesn´t want peace"? Since there is no agreement, or even a tiny draft, it is as if the statements attributed to Netanyahu simply didn´t happen. But at the same token: the whole secrecy-thing is very silly. We all know the claims and facts. We all know the bones of contention. Ceterum censeo....... Impose Now, or accept that the mess will linger on for several decades. Again - scrap the secrecy and Impose Now.
