    In Mr. Rivlin's dream, as the Palestinian population explodes (no pun intended) Israel's majority Jews will become a minority. Their Arab fellow-citizens will then see them as dhimmi and not hesitate to try and kick them out or tax them to the sky. Eventually a civil war would ensue forcing the Jews to once again reclaim Jewish areas, more Arab refugees and the whole thing will be back to square one...
