Thank you for proving my point by talking out your backside. I commend you on your normal "high" standards. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/4605899.stm, states also what I remember about Yediot. Also Haaretz had it online, in english the same report two days ago. I was also reported in a book written by two Haaretz reporters over a year ago - "The Seventh War". Can I ridicule YOU now? It worth pointing out that no one "said" anything to any foreign newspaper, this is simply taken off an israeli website called "Breaking the silence" set up by IDF soldiers, mainly serving in Hebron to get issues with their service off their chest. I would point out that there are a number of points that don't make much sense in this particular posting on "Breaking the silence", in particular the use of this particular unit in this particular operation - Yael is a demolitions and bomb disposal unit, why would it be manning a checkpoint or carrying out an infantry attack. If you read alot of the posts, then a number have major discrepancies too. However, I can relate to mood of what is being said if not the actual facts. As for being a "big" story - are you on drugs? IDF soldiers kill armed palestinians? The first Israeli killed in the current intifada what a border policeman killed by a palestinian policeman he was jointly patrolling with in revenge for his brother being killed, was that a "massacre"?
