America can do more on Israel nukes (probably absent) than on Iran nukes (certainly absent). Why should Iran be pressured over its nuclear program now it appears that no nuclear arms are involved? The only way Israel can try to force something drastic is to start bombing -- with devastating consequences for itself. Sanctions won't work, so the most plausible move would be to show respect and politely propose Tehran to solve Israel's problem at the conference table. That probably would work (assuming that the US stays out). Question is, is Israel hoping that a grim face is more attractive than a smile in order to become popular in the neighbourhood? A bully is a potential loser, especially if he can't count on a big fella to do the dirty work for him.
