Yosemite, you are wrong to say: 'If we're good enough people, people will like us.' The truth is, most people only like people who have power. (Forms of power include, liking a woman who is beautiful, liking a man who is rich, and so on.) Being good has worthwhile rewards, but being 'liked' isnt one of them. Being good is ultimately the greatest power, but it only works when many people altruistically use their power to empower eachother.
