The government doesn't tell Egged what routes they must operate along, there are large parts of the country ( non arab areas ) which do not have adequate public transport because Egged doesn't run busses there I have faced similar problems before when needing to take an out of town bus and them not operating near enough to where I want to go. The government also is not responsible for peoples finances and of course unless its for manual labour individual employers ( no government connections ) will avoid hiring arabs unless they need to. A Jew and an arab same age same qualifications apply for the same job its the Jew who will get the job. Any security related jobs arabs will have an even harder time, no independent security company will ever hire an arab and an arab would have a harder time getting into institutions like the police for obvious reasons. Its a fact that most Israelis hate arabs and certainly do not trust arabs never have done probably never will, jand the government is not responsible for that and you cannot order people to like them. Probably the worst enemies of the arabs in Israe have are not the government but arab politicians. When you have Zouabi & Tibi making fiery anti Israel speeches, taking part in little cruises to Gaza and Jibril Rajpoub saying how he would nuke Israeli cities and generally act like a fifth column Israelis have a harder time because of what they see going on abroad and domestically. Get rid of the arab parties and have the arab politicians tone down their speeches don't be so openly pro palestinian, don't talk about nuking cities then you get rid of the famous arab faces who hate Israel. True arabs have a harder time making it in Israel but for the most part its extenuating circumstances and there is very little government can do about it.
