    And there is the rub my friends! They care about football and their pocket books and will target anyone/anything that appears to be a drain on it. The US Admin's sense of urgency is immediately tied to that. Americans are beginning to wonder why the US is sending so much money to a state which is not a United States of America - state. Especailly when some US citizens cannot keep the roof over their heads. To think Rahm is the problem is severly short sighted - he is only sounding the alarms.
