Yossi, Israel and the World CAN implement a peace agreement to some extent, even unilaterally. Borders can be established in this way, as you know, and refugees can be settled in other Arab countries and around the world without Hamas cooperation. The two biggest hurdles can be overcome. A while later Hamas will come down to earth, as we all do, and will accept the peace, under one interpretation of their Charter or another. I know my approach is an innovation in statesmanship ideas, but your Geneva Accords negotiations were also an innovation, and an excellent one. Incidentally, Yossi, it may be possible to call for new elections in the PA when a peace agreement is at hand. Hamas will lose because the Palestinians too want peace, although a fair one (like your Geneva deal). Let us not waste ant time, Yossi. Your spiritual grandfather, BG P.S. Check with Jerome Segal of Maryland about some of this. My details are better, but he has the right general approach.
