The most moral and effective solution to the Palestinian aggression from Gaza, the one, which would prevent the Hamas, Fatah, Islamic Jihad and the rest of gangs from launching rockets against Israel and at the same time would minimize civilian losses on the Palestinian side is entering northern Gaza, evacuating people from the two towns: Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahya, declaring the area closed military zone and targeting everyone, who would enter. The residents of the two towns should be provided with tents. They should be allowed to return to their towns when the PA implements its obligations by the first step of the road map: collects weapons from criminal organizations, concentrate control over the fire arms in the hands of the PA security forces, disbands all the private armies, military wings, street gangs etc., ends incitement and makes terror against Israel impossible. Then, people should be allowed to return home and the peace process will proceed.
