There were signals, that no coalition with Hamas could occur, unless Hamas changed it's positions. Now someone on the Fatah list calls for a national unity coalition of all parties contesting the election. He also re-states long held Palestine final status positions - 67 borders and right of return for refugees (the pre 67 term). Does he think Hamas will recognise Israel, if Palestinians negotiate on this common platform? Why? How will he confront the issue of the peace process stage one terms - disarming groups, independent of the PA? The EU and the USA have made it clear they don't see how Hamas can campaign against peace (refusing to recognise a peace partner) and be part of any coalition government in the peace process. Does the Fatah list candidate know better?
