An American playwright has penned a gripping tale about an Israeli Arab killed in the October 2000 events — and his steadfast sister.02:58 02.05.16 | 0 comments
The truth as Bibi sees it is Bibi's truth. It is the truth for his ears, and his alone. It is an arrogant truth that he thinks enables him to come to the UN podium and lecture the world. It is an arrogant man who plays to the Republican gallery whilst rejecting the President of the USA, and it is an arrogant man who says 'Peace with a Palestinian state' but means absolutely nothing of the sort. Here is a man who says he holds out the hand of peace when he does nothing of the sort. His arrogance is consigning us and successive generations -current members of whom can barely afford one apartment, whilst this arrogant man enjoys 3 apartments-to war and violence. He spins and twists the facts with paranoia and fear. He does not want peace. He never wanted peace and he will; never negotiate for peace. He saw an opportunity to come to the UN and lecture the world. He took that and missed the real opportunity which would have earned him sincere applause just by saying, 'we resume talks tomorrow.' Missed. Gone. And we who will live with his legacy will never forgive him.
