Here is what I hope will clarify the picture; 1)Israeli Arabs would accept any peace deal signed between Israel and the PA, as long as it does not affect them. 2) The PA speaks for Palestinians who live in the Gaza and the West Bank and the majority of refugees. They, the PA, have no mandate to speak for Israeli Arabs. 3) No Israeli Arab would want to be included in any land swap or reassignment of citizenship. 4) If and when the Palestinian State is established; in survey after survey, the Israeli Arabs indicated no interest whatsoever to transfer to the new state. 5) Clearly, the PA does not represent Israeli Arabs. 6) Finally, Palestinians want to have their own independent state. Israeli Arabs have a state already. Their goal is to be equal to the rest of the population of the state of Israel.
