In its short history, modern Israel has had its very existence threatened several times. They face the possible threat of a nuclear attack from Iran. They have rockets fired into their country. My question is, shouldn't the State Department be concerned more with the intolerance of Israel's existence by those who want her destruction? The U.S. has had the luxury of being tolerant, as we have often been thousands of miles away from our enemies. Now we define tolerance in a politically correct sense, as not to offend anyone for any reason. As a result, we have sacrificed security for tolerance. The 9/11 hijackers were here as a result of our tolerance and political correctness.
