No surprise here...I know that it looks like the US has infinite resources...but we don't. Mr. peres is totally correct when he says, "we, in our small way, can help the U.S. by putting an end to the minor conflict with the Palestinians"...and totally wrong when he says, "... allowing it [the US] to focus on the main threat – Iran." Sorry, but Iran is and should be way down on the list of American priorities. But, I don't see Iran as an existential threat to Israel because G-d's promises to His 'chosen people' are immutable. Israel's survival was guaranteed by the highest power.
