You are fooling yourself and others by suggesting you did anything against corruption. The institution building you speak of is hollow at best. There are no laws or institutions to enforce them. Which laws do people abide by today in regards to property rights? Do they follow Turkish?Jordanian? Israeli laws? or Palestinian laws? The answer is whichever is convenient to them. The courts are corrupt to no end. Cases take years to be heard. The corruption I speak of also deals with the PA selling out to very rich business interests - a tiny minority - who are given sweet deals and monopolies. The kind of state Fayad is building is more like replacing the Israeli cartel protected by the military occupation with a Palestinian cartel protected by the PA.
