The rabbinate in israel does not recognise the Reform (not Reformed;that is a form of protestantism)movement but sees it as a sect. Of course your conversion by a reform rabbi would not be recognised in Israel. If this ruling passes and the majority of orthodox conversions, unless performed by those few on their list, are not recognised, then how could reform conversions be recognised? Read Aime Paliere's autobiography, "The Unknown Sanctuary" and do as he did. Believe me, it will save you much headache.
