    In 16 and 17 centuries the Jews of Ottoman Empire were the poorest of all in the empire with no means of education. That was also true for Iran and other Moslem countries where there were Jewish communities. The rich European Jews realized the issue and created the Alliance Israelite Universelle which started to open schools for Jewish children in the Moslem countries. Arab states do not know what to do with their petro dollars. They are building huge palaces with gold bathroom equipment, private jets with lavish decoration etc but they are not spending a penny for those poor Arabs children.
