Ozal did not run as a Kurd. He declared that he was half Kurd only after he became president. I wonder if he could be elected if he had declared that before being elected. For me, for Israelis and Americans every human being in the world deserves a good life and freedom. The USA and many American have done a lot to promote these ideals around the world and some even lost their lives trying to help the less fortunate people. Yes it is democratic to debate weather German state school system. Go ahead with it freely. As for my opinion: As an American Jew from Turkish origin I am more concerned about the US, Israeli and Turkish schools and I would prefer to see a debate about how to stop the Turkish IHL schools from bringing up a generation of Islamists to take control of Turkey. I think you should be more concerned about that then Israeli schools.
