As has been pointed out by others - there is an incredible logical flaw in Mazuz's own argument; On the one hand, he claims that there are serious doubts on whether charges of rape against Katzav would be accepted by a court of law - thus the "safe/sure" plea-bargain conviction. Yet on the other, Mazuz also states that if Katzav does not comply to the letter with the plea "bargain" (what an appropriate word for Katzav, though not so much for his victims) - then Mazuz will revert to the original charges, and bring Katzav to court on charges of rape!! Is that idiotic logic, or is that idiotic logic??
