Israel is doing anything it can to avoid negotiations, unless of course those negotiations can be used as a cover for continued settlement expansion. If Israel doesn't want to respect international law it has to be convinced that it should. The plans laid out in this article are all non-violent and they are legal. As such I don't doubt that they will be welcomed by many states. And don't try to equate the belief that Israel should follow international law with anti-Semitism, it just looks silly and it devalues the word. Maybe you should try to remember that there is no country in the world that supports Israel's settlement enterprise.
