A sensible way to gain Iran's cooperation, would be to bring Israel to the table as well, and furthermore to have both countries subject themselves to a mutual scrutiny of the nature, quality and quantity of their nuclear capabilities. Anything less seems to be obvious international bullying. Especially, when Israel has always operated in nuclear ambiguity, and has long been considered an arch-rival to Iran. The apprehension of Iran is based on the hypocrisy of all inquiring nations, who turn a blind eye to Israel's creative reticence towards IAEA inspections.
