While I agree that the settlements should also be relocated inside Israel. The vast and rapidly expanding Bedoin communities of the Negev can not be left unregulated. We already have a problem to establish 2 states - we cannot support a 3rd state within Israel which is what is happening. They are no longer a few wondering nomadic communities practising the ways of their ancestors but have stopped moving and set up established communities. As such they much accept to be regulated like everyone else. Pay taxes, receive a proper 12 year education for their children and health care. They must be part of either Israel or Palestine, but their cannot be a new state of Beduoinstine.
