Do you think that a company which puts an ad on TV "against" other company's products is not punishable by law? NGO can be interpreted as a company as well as Settlement located manufacturers. The NGO inflicts a financial damage to the "Right Wing" company the same way AT&T did to other telecoms in America and they paid a high price.
