There have been no suicide bombers in Gaza either. The reason the suicide bombers have stopped in the West Bank and Gaza has nothing to do with Israeli presence. The Palestinians have better weapons and can shoot them more than once now. The same reason that the Israelis don't use suicide bombers against Gaza and South Lebanon. The fence has nothing to do with it either. When peace fails, and the fight starts, rockets will be flying over the fence on a daily basis. It is unfortunate that Israeli security is being handled by a bunch of men that can't even log on to the internet, and are unaware that the 2007 Middle East is much different than the 1979 version that they are basing all their strategies on. Hezbollah stopped using suicide bombers in the early 90's. The Palestinians stopped using them a couple years ago. It is not because they got weaker, or Israel got stronger. It is simply because Israel's enemies are tougher now.
