The prisoner's document was a pact between Hamas and Fatah to coordinate their TERRORISM against Israel, that's all. If you think Fatah wants to get into some kind of "win-win" deal with Israel, you're nuts. Fatah and Hamas are the same. They just want to try different approaches to the same end goal: the end of Israel's existence. After Hamas agreed to the prisoner's document (with the stipulation that the terror attacks wouldn't be ONLY in Judea and Samaria, but would FOCUS there instead) - Hamas made an announcement that they would never recognize Israel's existence. The prisoner's document is nothing. Fatah recently announced that they have chemical and biological weapons that they will shoot at Israel. Fatah and Hamas are the same.
