He is already deemed a profound traitor, definitely in Gaza, & in WB by all the `pride & honor of Islam`, larger part of his own force offshoot, `Israeli liberating` HamaFatah (Al Aqsa & its spread), & all those hard core military commanders who I am sure you heard cursing at Abbas when Fatah was slaughtered in Gaza, & I am sure at some point or the other will not forget his `heroism`. Combine that with Abbas receiving goodwill gestures from the hands of US/Israel will sure markedly improve his traitorous image on the spot. So what is so MAJOR can he deliver under those circumstances? Realistically, very little. Which leaves his current role (evident by what he says)largely as the big fig leaf for the moderate Arab world to slide right back into Saudi poisonous ultimatum through Bush/Olmert/Abbas backdoor. I know that you know he will not deliver anything substantial as far as Israel is concerned. That is why you are smartly readying your Bush/Olmert screw up combo` facade in advance.
