Just listen to yourself: you actually admit that this "bold" plan amounts to (a) freezing the current situation with the PA in control of only 30% of the WB in exchange for calling that rump "a state", while (b) hoping, hoping, hoping that the offer is refused so that Bibi can play the ever-reliable "blame the Pallies" card. And here is the kicker: even though Benn spells all this out he STILL thinks that thhis represents a bold plan from Israel. I guess it is... for an Israeli plan....
