Canadian legislator Peter Shurman above sure sounds like he is very eager to make criticizing Israel illegal. I guess if you can't counter the arguments that Israel is an apartheid state, the next best thing is to ban the argument altogether. As a Canadian, it will be a cold day in hell before I will sacrifice my free speech rights in order to mollify morons like this legislator, who seems to have no problem with expressing his own political opinions concerning Israel. He just doesn't seem willing to give others the same right if they disagree with him. Mr. Shurman and his ilk don't deserve to live in a free country. They obviously have forgotten the importance of free speech to the health of a society.
