Your knowledge of the situation is certainly limited. Over the decades, Israel has offered concession after concession, only to be repaid by terrorism. Gaza is a fine case in point. Had Gazans made use of the greenhouses left to them, abandoned terrorism and dedicated themselves to building up their territory in peace, it would be a beautiful, thriving community today, instead of the wretched, hopeless shithole it is. Meanwhile, Fayyad strikes a reasonable tone. But it is difficult to trust him after his devious predecessors.
