If he did , he would have discovered that there was a fierce battle prior to the 'massacre', that about 106 rather than 250 Arabs were killed, that the allegations of rape were untrue, and that most of the Arabs killed were combatants, some even dressed as women. The supreme irony is that the allegations of atrocities come from British, rather than Arab sources, at a time when British morale from Irgun attacks was at an all-time low.
